Another winner announced
Han Pham's photograph won second place in the State PTSA Reflections Photo Contest. The theme was "Together We Can." Han took the photo during an Environmental Club community service project at Nu`uanu Stream. The club went to clean up trash in the Queen Liliokalani park and stream itself.
